By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing, using, or accessing any Discord bots, custom integrations, websites, dashboards, or digital services created by Aviantly Services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Definitions

1.1. "Services" means any Discord bots, custom integrations, dashboards, websites, automations, setup work, or other digital services provided by Aviantly Services.

1.2. "User", "You", or "Your" means the person, server owner, team, business, or community that purchases, uses, or accesses our services.

1.3. "Bot" means any Discord bot created, edited, configured, hosted, or provided by Aviantly Services.

1.4. "Project" means the service, order, bot, integration, website, dashboard, or custom work requested by the user.

1.5. "Agreement" means these Terms of Service.

2. Usage Rights

2.1. Services are made for the server, brand, business, or project agreed on during the order.

2.2. You may use the delivered bot, integration, dashboard, website, or service for your own Discord server, community, or business.

2.3. You may not resell, redistribute, leak, share, copy, or claim our work as your own without written permission from Aviantly Services.

2.4. You may not use our services for scams, spam, token grabbing, self-botting, abuse, illegal activity, or anything that breaks Discord's Terms of Service.

2.5. You are responsible for how your server, staff team, and members use the bot or service after delivery.

3. Discord Bot Services

3.1. Discord bots are made based on the features agreed on before or during the order.

3.2. Any extra features, changes, or new systems that were not part of the original agreement may require an extra payment.

3.3. Bot performance can depend on Discord API limits, hosting quality, server setup, third-party services, and the size of your community.

3.4. Aviantly Services is not responsible for Discord outages, API changes, rate limits, permission issues, or third-party service problems.

3.5. You must provide correct server permissions, bot permissions, channel access, role access, and any needed setup details for the bot to work properly.

4. Custom Integrations

4.1. Custom integrations may include Minecraft server integrations, payment systems, dashboards, APIs, webhooks, databases, automation tools, and other connected systems.

4.2. Integrations may depend on third-party platforms. If those platforms change, break, go offline, or limit access, some features may stop working.

4.3. Aviantly Services is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, Discord, Minecraft servers, payment processors, or external tools.

4.4. Fixes for third-party changes may require extra work and may cost extra depending on the issue.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1. All purchases are final.

5.2. No refunds are allowed once payment has been made because our services are digital and custom-made for each client.

5.3. By purchasing, you understand that you are paying for custom digital work, time, planning, development, setup, and delivery.

5.4. Refunds will not be given because you changed your mind, no longer need the service, provided wrong information, delayed the project, or failed to use the service correctly.

5.5. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempts to reverse payment after receiving work may result in service termination, blacklist from future services, and loss of access to support.

6. Delivery and Revisions

6.1. Delivery time depends on the size of the project, requested features, communication speed, and project complexity.

6.2. Aviantly Services will try to deliver work as quickly as possible, but delivery dates are estimates unless clearly agreed otherwise.

6.3. Small fixes for mistakes made by Aviantly Services may be handled after delivery.

6.4. Major changes, new features, redesigns, or changes that were not part of the original order may cost extra.

6.5. If you delay communication, fail to provide needed access, or do not answer important questions, the project may be delayed.

7. Support

7.1. Support is provided for the original delivered service.

7.2. Support does not cover problems caused by edits made by someone else, broken hosting, deleted files, changed permissions, third-party changes, or user mistakes.

7.3. Aviantly Services may refuse support if the service was modified, abused, leaked, resold, or used against these terms.

7.4. Extra support, long-term maintenance, hosting, or updates may require a separate payment or plan.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

8.1. Aviantly Services keeps ownership of its original code, systems, designs, methods, and development structure unless a written agreement says otherwise.

8.2. You are given permission to use the delivered service for your project after payment is completed

8.3. You may not remove Aviantly Services credits, branding, or notices if they were included as part of the service unless permission is given.

8.4. You may not claim that you created the service yourself if it was made by Aviantly Services.

9. Client Responsibilities

9.1. You must provide correct details, clear requests, and any required access for the project.

9.2. You are responsible for your Discord server, community rules, staff actions, server security, and how the service is used.

9.3. You must not provide false information, stolen assets, unauthorized access, or anything that could harm another person, server, or platform.

9.4. You are responsible for keeping your tokens, passwords, API keys, and private information safe.

10. Liability and Warranty

10.1. Services are provided "as-is" after delivery.

10.2. Aviantly Services does not guarantee that a bot, website, or integration will be online forever unless hosting or maintenance is included in your order.

10.3. Aviantly Services is not responsible for damages, lost revenue, server issues, data loss, downtime, raids, user abuse, Discord changes, hosting problems, or third-party issues.

10.4. You agree that you use our services at your own responsibility.

11. Agreement Violations

11.1. Breaking these terms may result in removal of support, service termination, blacklist from future orders, or loss of access to delivered services.

11.2. Aviantly Services has the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses the service, breaks these terms, scams, chargebacks, leaks work, or acts in bad faith.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. Aviantly Services may update these Terms of Service at any time.

12.2. Continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
