Who controls your information
Aviantly Services is responsible for the information described here. Privacy, access, correction, and deletion requests can be sent to support@aviantly.com. We normally respond within 1 business day.
Information we collect and why

Cookies and local identifiers
Aviantly uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in and a first-party visitor identifier for basic page analytics. The session cookie is normally valid for up to 7 days. The visitor identifier can remain for up to 12 months. These are used for site operation, security, and first-party measurement—not cross-site advertising.
Retention
- Visitor and page-use records: targeted for deletion after 12 months.
- Sessions: expire after 7 days of inactivity and expired server-side sessions are removed.
- Project uploads: retained for up to 730 days unless the workspace is securely deleted sooner or a legal/security hold is required.
- Orders, payment references, and audit records: retained for up to 7 years where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.
- Workspace messages, source files, runtime data, and account details: kept while the service or account is active, then removed on a verified deletion request unless another retention duty applies.
- Reviews: remain public until removed by the reviewer, the linked account is deleted, or Aviantly removes them for policy or legal reasons.
- Backups: deleted records may remain in encrypted, access-restricted backup copies until the applicable backup cycle expires.
Third parties
Information is shared only as needed to provide, secure, or legally support the service. Depending on the feature you use, processors may include:
- DiscordIdentity, OAuth sign-in, bot operation, and support community.
- Payment providerStripe or PayPal payment processing when a live checkout is offered; Aviantly does not need your full card number.
- Hosting and infrastructureThe server, storage, network, database backup, and monitoring providers used to operate Aviantly.
- Groq AIDocumentation-assistant questions and limited recent context when that assistant is used.
- Security toolsMalware scanning, logging, and alert/webhook services used to inspect uploads and report incidents.
- Project integrationsA third-party API or platform only when it is part of your approved project.
Aviantly does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some order or security records may need to be retained. We may verify that a request comes from the account owner before acting.
