Getting Started
Choosing a service and starting with confidence.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Explain the result you want in normal words. The requirements form and project messages help turn it into a clear build.
How do I start a project with Aviantly?
Choose the service and plan that best matches your needs, add any relevant extras, and complete checkout. Your private project workspace will then guide you through the requirements we need before planning and development begin.
Which Discord bot plan should I choose?
Starter is a strong fit for smaller communities that need essential commands and moderation. Professional suits growing servers with more advanced workflows, while Advanced is designed for complex automation, dashboards, APIs, and larger operations. If you are unsure, describe your goals in Discord and the team can point you toward the right scope.
What should I prepare before placing an order?
Prepare a short description of your community or business, the problem you want to solve, your must-have features, and any examples you like. You do not need a technical specification—the workspace requirements will help organize the details.
Can Aviantly improve an existing bot or website?
Usually, yes. The team first needs to review the existing project, its technology, code quality, access requirements, and the changes you want. A review may be required before scope, compatibility, timing, and pricing can be confirmed.
Pricing & Payments
Plans, quotes, checkout, and what your payment covers.
What is included in the price shown at checkout?
Checkout includes the selected service, plan, and fixed-price add-ons shown in your cart. Request-based integrations are not silently added to the total; they are reviewed and offered separately in your workspace.
How are custom integrations priced?
An administrator reviews the requested platform, data flow, authentication, complexity, and testing needs. You receive a clear offer in your workspace and can pay or decline it before that additional work begins.
Why is the Minecraft integration price an estimate?
Minecraft connections vary by server software, plugins, hosting access, commands, data sources, and the direction of synchronization. The current estimate is $45–$65, with a final offer sent after the exact request is reviewed.
Which payment methods can I use?
Available methods are presented during checkout and may include trusted providers such as PayPal or Stripe. The exact options shown at checkout are the options currently available for your order.
Will I be charged for features I did not approve?
No. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate price, but the team will explain it first. Request-based work uses an explicit workspace offer that you can review before paying.
Can I request a refund after purchasing?
Aviantly services are custom digital work, so purchases are generally final. Review the Terms of Service before checkout for the complete payment and refund policy, and contact the team promptly if you believe there is a billing error.
Projects & Delivery
Requirements, progress, revisions, and handoff.
How long does a project take?
With most customers project takes around 3-5 days. Timing depends on the approved features and complexity. Follow the delivery journey and workspace updates for the current position.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Your private workspace shows the current delivery stage, project status, messages, requirements, deliverables, and relevant files. Notifications alert you when the team posts an important update or needs a response.
What can delay a project?
Complex features, third-party access, platform limitations, changing requirements, and delayed answers can affect timing. Fast, complete replies to workspace questions are the best way to keep planning and delivery moving.
Can I ask for changes after a file was published?
Yes. Send the change in Messages or request a revision. An administrator can publish updated files as a recorded source revision.
What is the difference between a revision and a new feature?
A revision adjusts delivered work so it matches the agreed requirement. A new feature adds behavior, design, integration, or scope that was not part of the original agreement and may require a separate quote.
What should I check before approving a delivery?
Read the release notes, test the agreed workflows, confirm permissions and integrations, and report any clear issue through the revision control. Approve the delivery when the agreed scope works as expected.
Discord Bots
Features, permissions, testing, and bot ownership.
What features can a custom Discord bot include?
Common systems include moderation, logging, tickets, welcome flows, role menus, applications, giveaways, utility commands, staff workflows, analytics, AI-assisted tools, dashboards, and external integrations. The final feature set depends on your selected plan and approved scope.
Will the bot need Administrator permission?
Not always. The bot should receive only the permissions required by its approved features. Some broad management systems may need elevated access, but Aviantly can explain the required roles, channels, and permissions during setup.
What happens if Discord changes its API?
Discord changes can affect existing features or permissions. If an update is needed because of a third-party platform change, the team can assess the impact and explain whether it falls under support or requires additional work.
Will my Discord bot stay online all the time?
Aviantly hosts your Discord bot 24/7 for free for 2 months through your workspace Responsibility Panel. After the 2 months, you receive the source code and continued uptime depends on your own hosting.
Can the bot be tested before final approval?
Yes. Testing is part of the delivery workflow. You should use the provided release and workspace instructions to check the agreed commands, permissions, responses, and integrations before approving the project.
Integrations & Websites
Dashboards, Minecraft, APIs, and connected services.
What can the website add-on include?
The website add-on can provide a polished public site or supporting interface for your Discord service. Exact pages, branding, dashboards, account features, and connected data depend on the approved scope.
Do I need to provide access to third-party services?
Only when the approved integration needs it. The team will tell you exactly which account, API credential, server permission, webhook, or test environment is required. Share secrets only through the protected method provided for the project.
Can every platform be integrated?
Not necessarily. A platform must offer a safe and permitted way to exchange the required data, such as an API, webhook, plugin, or database connection. Aviantly reviews feasibility before confirming custom integration work.
Source Code & Hosting
Protected code access, deployment, secrets, and runtime tools.
When does Bot Hosting unlock?
After an administrator publishes the complete JavaScript project and secure package installation finishes.
Do I have to upload node_modules?
No. Do not include it. The hosting system installs production packages from package.json automatically.
How does protected source-code access work?
When source is published, eligible customers can browse the project structure and readable files in a protected explorer. Full access and the complete ZIP download unlock after source access is purchased or granted for that workspace.
How are bot tokens and environment values handled?
Enter requested values in the protected environment area. They are encrypted at rest, are not displayed again after saving, and are redacted from runtime logs. Never post tokens or passwords in normal project messages.
What can I control from managed hosting?
After the runtime is ready, you can start, stop, and restart the bot, view current-session uptime, manage protected environment values, and inspect a bounded tail of recent console output.
Account & Security
Sign-in, private workspaces, files, and data protection.
Why does Aviantly use Discord to sign in?
Discord sign-in connects your order and private workspace to a verified account without requiring a separate password on Aviantly. The site creates its own protected session after Discord authorization.
Can another person open my files from a copied link?
No. Protected downloads require the signed-in account to have access to that exact workspace.
Who can see my project workspace?
The workspace is limited to the customer account that owns the order and authorized Aviantly team members. Protected routes verify access on every request rather than relying on an unlisted URL.
Are uploaded attachments public?
No. Workspace attachments use authenticated routes tied to the relevant order. Images can be previewed in the workspace, while other files are downloaded only after access is checked.
Support & Policies
Getting help, service boundaries, and important policies.
What is the best way to contact support?
Use your private workspace for order-specific questions so the team has the correct project history. For a general question or a new project, join the Aviantly Discord community.
Is support available after delivery?
Support is available for the original delivered service, subject to the order and Terms of Service. Problems caused by third-party changes, outside modifications, deleted files, changed permissions, or new feature requests may require separate work.
What information should I include when reporting a problem?
Explain what you expected, what happened instead, the steps that reproduce it, when it occurred, and which command or page was involved. Screenshots or safe log excerpts help, but remove tokens, passwords, and personal information first.
Where can I read the full service policies?
Open the Terms of Service for the complete rules covering usage, payments, refunds, delivery, revisions, support, ownership, client responsibilities, and third-party limitations.
