Source-code rights

The selected Norax package covers use of the delivered project. A full source download is an optional $25 custom source package; when purchased, you may use and modify it for the approved project.

Hosting period

No managed-hosting period is included in the one-time plan price. Availability, recurring price, billing period, resource limits, and cancellation date must be confirmed in writing before managed hosting is activated.

Bundle scope

The custom bot and agreed integrations cost $25. The optional connected website add-on costs $24, making the full bundle $49. Major additions outside the approved brief need a separate quote.

Refunds and cancellation

Custom digital-service purchases are final under the current Terms. You can remove or change an unpaid configuration before checkout. Ask questions before paying; added scope and extra revision rounds require your approval of a separate quote.
